Machine’s Detail
TOP FEEDER
- Integral conveyor wall panel of nodular cast iron;
- Fish-scale powerful paper suction head,four pick up and four forward suck heads, the suction head can adjust various suction angles according to the deformation of the paper;
- Adjustable suction tube, suction head and air valve are treated with super hard alloy;
- 3 anti-collision devices for feeder heads;
- Horizontal paper separating and blowing device;
- The main and auxiliary stackers non-stop alternately, and the feeder non-stop operation, the maximum stack height is 1600mm;
- The electric left and right fine-tuning device for the main feeding paper stacker;
- The pre-stacking device is equipped with a track so that the operator can accurately and conveniently feed the paper stack into the feeder;
- Electromechanical double sheet detector.

FEEDING TABLE
- Imported paper conveying belt and stainless steel conveying plate;
- Pneumatic lifting device for paper feeding frame;
- Single-point clutch: The conveying part and the host part can be separated and synchronized at any time, which simplifies and facilitates the operation sequence. Regardless of proofing, test pressure, etc., the conveying part can be separated and closed at will;
- PLC and electronic cam control the timing of the whole machine;
- Germany Becker brand blowing and suction dual-purpose vacuum pump.
Front/Side gauge
- Push-pull dual-purpose side gauge, one set for operation side and transmission side. Side gauges can be adjusted between push and pull gauges to meet different paper requirements;
- Photoelectric detect paper of side gauge and front gauge;
- The function of feeding the paper reduction speed when the paper reaches the front gauge;

DIE-CUTTING SECTION
- The main body of Nodular cast iron, the upper platform and the lower moving platform;
- Imported worm gear, worm and 40cr crankshaft;
- Die-cutting bottom plate and Die-cutting mould rotating device;
- The electric pressure regulating device can realize the accurate pressure control through the PLC touch screen buttons;
- A complete set of imported anodized aluminum alloy gripper bar and 7 sets of positioning structures, and each gripper bar adopts an adjustable gripper bar structure;
- Imported main drive chain;
- Imported intermittent divider;
- Imported synchronous belt and pulley drive;
- The main drive imported pneumatic clutch brake device;
- Japan SMC air pressure detection device, alarm when air pressure is too low;
- The die-cutting plate frame adopts a structure with a centerline quickly positioned device;
- The die-cutting chase and the die-cutting lower backing plate are locked by Japanese SMC air volume regulators, to avoid the situation that the upper die cutting chase is locked and installed not in place, and effectively avoids the loss caused by man-made operations;
- The whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure that the transmission parts are not short of oil;
- Equipped with gas storage tank to ensure stable air pressure of the whole machine.

DELIVERY SECTION

- Upper and lower limit switch photoelectric detection, to prevent the paper stacking table from being too high and paper rolling.
- Roll-curtain type auxiliary paper-receiving rack, which can realize non-stop paper-receiving.
- The collecting unit can control the entire machine through a 7-inch touch screen.
